【摘要】：正2017年是《中華人民共和國檔案法》頒布30周年,《北京市實施〈檔案法〉辦法》頒布20周年。30年來,在北京市委、市政府的領(lǐng)導下,在國家檔案局的指導下,全市各級檔案行政管理部門積極貫徹落實《中華人民共和國檔案法》,努力推進首都檔案事業(yè)依法有序、科學合理發(fā)展,取得了顯著成效,產(chǎn)生了積極影響。特點1.檔案法規(guī)體系基本形成立法是法治建設(shè)的萬事之源,檔案立法是檔案法治建設(shè)的最高表現(xiàn)形式。
[Abstract]:2017 marks the 30th anniversary of the promulgation of the Archives Law of the people's Republic of China and the 20th anniversary of the promulgation of the measures for the implementation of the Archives Law in Beijing. In the past 30 years, under the leadership of the Beijing Municipal Committee and the municipal government, and under the guidance of the State Archives Administration, The archives administrative departments at all levels in the city actively implement the Archives Law of the people's Republic of China, strive to promote the orderly and scientific development of the archives cause in the capital city according to law, and have achieved remarkable results and have had a positive impact. Characteristic 1. The formation of legislation is the source of all things in the construction of the rule of law, and the legislation of archives is the highest manifestation of the construction of the rule of law in archives.
