爆轟法制備與固載鈦基氧化物的研究(英文)

【摘要】:利用鈦酸丁酯與硝酸銨溶液制備的含鈦凝膠跟黑索金混合后獲得混合炸藥,然后在密閉的爆轟反應(yīng)釜內(nèi)引爆柱狀混合炸藥,同時(shí)將一鋁板放置于藥柱正下方研究爆轟產(chǎn)物的固載問題。收集到的樣品用X射線衍射儀、透射電鏡以及掃描電鏡進(jìn)行了表征,發(fā)現(xiàn)樣品中含有FeTiO_3,少量的金紅石、銳鈦礦及Al_2O_3。鈦基氧化物顆粒呈球形,尺寸大小在微米級(jí)別。從掃描電鏡分析,鈦基氧化物顆粒被成功地固載于鋁板之上,顆粒約10μm。爆轟法能夠很方便地制備鈦基氧化物及制備顆粒 板結(jié)構(gòu)材料。
[Abstract]:The mixed explosive was obtained by mixing titanium-containing gel and black gold in the solution of butyl titanate and ammonium nitrate, and then detonating the columnar mixed explosive in a closed detonation reactor. At the same time, an aluminum plate was placed directly below the grain to study the solid loading of detonation products. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer, transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope. It was found that the samples contained a small amount of rutile, anatase and Al_2O_3. from FeTiO_3,. Titanium-based oxide particles are spherical in size in micron size. According to SEM analysis, titanium-based oxide particles were successfully immobilized on the aluminum plate, and the particles were about 10 mm. The explosive method can be used to prepare titanium-based oxides and structural materials of granular plate.
