【摘要】：正2011年10月,國(guó)家廣電總局下發(fā)了《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)電視上星綜合頻道節(jié)目管理的意見》(即《限娛令》),除了對(duì)34個(gè)電視上星綜合頻道的新聞時(shí)長(zhǎng)有要求外,還明確規(guī)定必須開辦一個(gè)弘揚(yáng)中華民族傳統(tǒng)美德和社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的思想道德建設(shè)欄目。從2012年開始,以湖南衛(wèi)視《平民英雄》為代表的法制道德類電視節(jié)目相繼開辦并且風(fēng)靡各大上星頻道。2015年1月,湖南衛(wèi)視將《平民英雄》欄目從節(jié)目中心交由新聞中
[Abstract]:In October 2011, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) issued an opinion on further strengthening the Management of programmes on Star Integrated channels on TV (i.e., "restrictions on Entertainment orders"), in addition to the requirement for the length of news on 34 star integrated channels. It is also clearly stipulated that an ideological and moral construction column carrying forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and the socialist core value system must be set up. Since 2012, the legal and moral television programs represented by Hunan Satellite TV, "civilian Hero", have been launched one after another and have become popular on all major star channels. In January 2015, Hunan Satellite Television handed over the "civilian Hero" column from the program center to the news.
