【摘要】：初中思想品德課的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容包括心理健康、道德、法律、國情等。作為思想品德課中很重要的一部分,為其在課堂教學(xué)中發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的作用,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生的道德踐行,豐富學(xué)生的情感體驗,感悟和理解法律的價值要求,逐步形成良好的法律素養(yǎng)。本文對初中思想品德課中的法制教育內(nèi)容作了系統(tǒng)整理和分析,對法制教育的內(nèi)容特點、課堂教學(xué)中實施法制教育的意義和適用于課堂教學(xué)中的教學(xué)方法等作了闡述。除了引言和結(jié)束語之外,本文共分為四個部分。第一部分首先對法制教育內(nèi)容、意義和存在的問題及對策作國內(nèi)外的對比研究。其次對法制教育和初中思想品德法制教育的兩個主要概念進行界定。第二部分對初中思想品德課法制教育的教學(xué)作用進行分析。首先是幫助學(xué)生掌握基本的法律知識;其次是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生基于法律意識的道德品質(zhì);第三是促進學(xué)生形成尋求法律幫助的能力。第三部分初中思想品德課法制教育內(nèi)容的特點進行系統(tǒng)分析。首先法制教育內(nèi)容貫穿于思想品德課的各年段;其次是法制教育中的案例與初中學(xué)生的生活密切相關(guān);最后是法制教育的內(nèi)容融入于思想品德的培育之中。第四部分是初中思想品德課中法制教育的教學(xué)方法。主要結(jié)合筆者法制教育教學(xué)對課堂實踐,介紹了兩種常用對教學(xué)方法,即案例教學(xué)法和活動教學(xué)法。
[Abstract]:The study content of moral course in junior high school includes mental health, morality, law, national conditions and so on. As an important part of the ideological and moral class, it plays its due role in the classroom teaching, guides the students' moral practice, enriches the students' emotional experience, understands and understands the value requirements of the law, and gradually forms a good legal literacy. This paper makes a systematic arrangement and analysis of the content of legal education in the ideological and moral course of junior high school, and expounds the characteristics of the content of legal education, the significance of carrying out legal education in classroom teaching and the teaching methods suitable for classroom teaching, etc. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this paper is divided into four parts. The first part makes a comparative study on the content, significance, problems and countermeasures of legal education at home and abroad. Secondly, the two main concepts of legal education and moral education in junior high school are defined. The second part analyzes the teaching function of moral education in junior middle school. The first is to help students master basic legal knowledge; the second is to cultivate students' moral character based on legal consciousness; the third is to promote students to form the ability to seek legal help. The third part is the systematic analysis of the content of the legal education in the ideological and moral course of junior high school. Firstly, the content of legal education runs through the years of moral education; secondly, the case of legal education is closely related to the life of junior high school students; finally, the content of legal education is integrated into the cultivation of ideological and moral character. The fourth part is the teaching method of legal education in the moral course of junior high school. Combined with the author's practice of legal education, this paper introduces two common teaching methods, namely, case teaching method and activity teaching method.
