【摘要】:對(duì)神華煤液化殘?jiān)M(jìn)行一步加氫-聚合處理制備中間相瀝青。采用元素分析、紅外、核磁共振等多種手段研究瀝青產(chǎn)物的組成與結(jié)構(gòu),確定合適的工藝參數(shù),為工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)提供指導(dǎo)?疾炝怂臍漭良尤肓亢头磻(yīng)溫度對(duì)中間相瀝青收率和形態(tài)的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)在380~390℃下,液化殘?jiān)退臍漭临|(zhì)量比3∶1,保溫8~10 h的條件下,得到了含量近100%的廣域型中間相瀝青,軟化點(diǎn)在240℃左右,具有一定的可紡性。
[Abstract]:Mesophase pitch was prepared by one-step hydrogenation-polymerization treatment on the liquefaction residue of Shenhua coal. The composition and structure of asphalt products were studied by means of elemental analysis, IR, NMR and so on. The appropriate technological parameters were determined to provide guidance for industrial production. The effects of tetralin addition and reaction temperature on the yield and morphology of mesophase pitch were investigated.
