【摘要】：正人大監(jiān)督不是萬能的,不可能解決所有的問題,它必須和黨的監(jiān)督、輿論監(jiān)督、民主監(jiān)督、群眾監(jiān)督等其他的監(jiān)督制度一起共同發(fā)揮作用,才能更好地推進我國的民主政治建設。人大監(jiān)督制度是我國根本政治制度——人民代表大會制度派生的具體制度之一,是人民代表大會制度的有機組成部分。隨著我國改革開放的不斷推進、民主法治建設的深入發(fā)展和人民代表大會制度的健全完善,人大監(jiān)督制度隨之得到了發(fā)展和完善,
[Abstract]:Direct NPC supervision is not omnipotent and cannot solve all problems. It must play a joint role with other supervisory systems such as party supervision, public opinion supervision, democratic supervision, mass supervision, etc. Only then can we better promote the construction of democratic politics in our country. The supervision system of the people's Congress is one of the concrete systems derived from the fundamental political system the people's Congress system, and is an organic part of the people's Congress system. With the continuous promotion of reform and opening up in China, the in-depth development of the construction of democracy and the rule of law, and the sound and perfect system of the people's Congress, the supervision system of the people's Congress has been developed and perfected.
