QPQ處理法制備高硬度不銹鋼表層

【摘要】:為了提高1Cr18Ni9Ti奧氏體不銹鋼的耐磨性能,研究了用QPQ復(fù)合處理法提高奧氏體不銹鋼硬度的工藝技術(shù)。采用自制的氮碳共滲用鹽,試驗了不同處理溫度和處理時間對不銹鋼硬度及微觀組織的影響。分析了氮碳共滲后,其滲層硬度隨厚度的變化以及氮碳共滲前后的耐腐蝕性能。利用光學(xué)顯微鏡、SEM、XRD、EDS和數(shù)顯顯微硬度計,分別分析滲層顯微組織和厚度、相組織、元素分布、表面硬度。結(jié)果表明:在600℃溫度下,經(jīng)150 min處理后的試樣硬度可達1380 HV0.1,且滲層厚度達25μm。滲層由表及里分別是氮碳共滲外層、化合物層和過渡層,并且他們之間的分界很明顯。其的化學(xué)組成主要由Cr N、ε-Fe_(2-3)(N、C)、γ-Fe和Fe_3O_4構(gòu)成。隨著鹽浴處理時間和溫度的增加,滲層厚度有先增加后減少的趨勢。用極化曲線法測試試樣的耐蝕性結(jié)果表明,不銹鋼QPQ處理后耐腐蝕性能有所下降。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the wear resistance of 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenitic stainless steel, the technology of improving the hardness of austenitic stainless steel by QPQ compound treatment was studied. The effects of different treatment temperature and treatment time on hardness and microstructure of stainless steel were studied by using self-made nitrocarburized salt. The change of hardness with thickness and corrosion resistance before and after nitrocarburizing were analyzed. The microstructure and thickness, phase structure, element distribution and surface hardness of the infiltrating layer were analyzed by optical microscope, SEM,XRD,EDS and digital microhardness meter respectively. The results show that the hardness of the sample treated with 150 min at 600 鈩,
