【摘要】：正黨的十八屆四中全會提出:"把法治建設(shè)成效作為衡量各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)班子和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部工作實(shí)績重要內(nèi)容,納入政績考核指標(biāo)體系。把能不能遵守法律、依法辦事作為考察干部重要內(nèi)容。"在此之后,各地政府紛紛著手探索建立法治成效的考核體制。然而,這一新的考核體制似乎較難建立,迄今全國僅有江蘇和四川兩省出臺了考核方案,具體的考核工作還未實(shí)施。事實(shí)上,法治考核是一種截然不同于傳統(tǒng)考核體制的新模式,兩者在考核功能、考核對象、考核主體、考核方式方面都存在
[Abstract]:The fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the following: "take the construction of the rule of law as an important content to measure the actual achievements of leading bodies and leading cadres at all levels, and bring it into the performance assessment index system." It is important to observe the law and handle affairs according to law. " After this, local governments have begun to explore the establishment of the effectiveness of the rule of law assessment system. However, the new assessment system seems to be difficult to establish, so far only Jiangsu and Sichuan provinces have issued assessment programs, and the specific assessment work has not been carried out. In fact, the rule of law examination is a new mode which is completely different from the traditional examination system. Both of them exist in the function, object, subject and mode of examination.
