層層自組裝法制備百里香精油微膠囊條件優(yōu)化

【摘要】:采用層層自組裝的方法,以百里香精油乳化液納米微粒作為核心,利用殼聚糖和海藻酸鈉對百里香精油進(jìn)行包埋;以司盤80和吐溫60復(fù)配乳化劑親水親油平衡(hydrophilic lipophilic balance,HLB)值、用量及油乳比例3個因素進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),確定乳化液最適制備條件;以壁材溶液質(zhì)量濃度、組裝層數(shù)、每層組裝時間、攪拌速率、組裝溫度、壁材溶液pH值和固化劑用量進(jìn)行單因素試驗(yàn),以主要因素設(shè)計(jì)正交試驗(yàn),確定最佳包埋條件。結(jié)果表明,乳化液制備條件為HLB值10、乳化劑用量6%、精油與乳化劑體積比1∶6,此條件下所制備的乳化微粒為模板,組裝層數(shù)4層、攪拌速率1 040 r/min、每層組裝時間15 min、壁材溶液pH 5.0、組裝溫度30℃,此條件下包埋率最高為80.23%。
[Abstract]:The thyme essential oil was encapsulated by chitosan and sodium alginate by the method of layer-by-layer self-assembly with thyme essential oil emulsions as the core and chitosan and sodium alginate as the core. The optimum preparation conditions of emulsion were determined by using three factors, such as the (hydrophilic lipophilic balance,HLB value of hydrophilic and lipophilic equilibrium, the amount of emulsifier and the proportion of oil emulsion, which were mixed with Span 80 and Twain 60. The single factor experiment was carried out with the mass concentration of the wall solution, the number of the assembled layers, the assembling time of each layer, the stirring rate, the assembly temperature, the pH value of the wall material solution and the amount of curing agent. The orthogonal test was designed with the main factors to determine the optimal embedding conditions. The results showed that the preparation conditions of emulsion were as follows: HLB value 10, emulsifier dosage 6, volume ratio of essential oil to emulsifier 1: 6. The emulsified particles prepared under this condition were template, four layers of assembly layer, and stirring rate of 1 040 rmin.
