【摘要】：胡錦濤作為中國共產(chǎn)黨新一屆中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心,面對國際國內(nèi)新形勢,高度重視加強黨的建設(shè),尤其是黨內(nèi)民主的建設(shè),在繼承馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家以及中國共產(chǎn)黨三代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)核心關(guān)于黨內(nèi)民主思想的基礎(chǔ)之上,對黨內(nèi)民主建設(shè)形成了一系列新觀念、新思想、新論斷。胡錦濤黨內(nèi)民主思想,對于新時期、新階段加強黨的執(zhí)政能力建設(shè),推進(jìn)社會主義政治文明,激發(fā)全黨的活力,貫徹落實科學(xué)發(fā)展觀和實現(xiàn)全面建設(shè)小康社會的宏偉目標(biāo),具有極其重要的現(xiàn)實意義和深遠(yuǎn)的歷史意義。 本論文堅持以馬克思主義科學(xué)世界觀和方法論為指導(dǎo),堅持理論聯(lián)系實際的方針,采用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查研究法、比較研究法、經(jīng)驗總結(jié)法,換句話說可以叫做實踐分析法等研究方法,立足現(xiàn)實,系統(tǒng)而具體地研究了胡錦濤黨內(nèi)民主思想的形成和發(fā)展的時代背景和實踐基礎(chǔ);主要內(nèi)容和實踐探索;價值及其特色等方面。 第一部分:對胡錦濤黨內(nèi)民主思想形成和產(chǎn)生的重要理論淵源進(jìn)行闡述,著重論述了馬克思、恩格斯黨內(nèi)民主思想及列寧黨內(nèi)民主思想;之后對胡錦濤黨內(nèi)民主思想的直接理論淵源進(jìn)行闡述,分別闡述和分析了毛澤東、鄧小平及江澤民黨內(nèi)民主思想,重要的和直接的理論淵源共同為胡錦濤黨內(nèi)民主思想奠定了思想理論基礎(chǔ)。 第二部分:比較全面地分析了胡錦濤黨內(nèi)民主思想的主要內(nèi)容和實踐探索,該部分是本文的核心與重點,本文從發(fā)展黨內(nèi)民主的原則、根本、基礎(chǔ)、目標(biāo)和基本思路五個方面揭示了胡錦濤黨內(nèi)民主思想的主要內(nèi)容;關(guān)于胡錦濤黨內(nèi)民主思想的實踐探索,本文從完善黨代表大會制度、創(chuàng)新黨內(nèi)選舉制度、完善全委會、常委會的決策制度、完善黨內(nèi)監(jiān)督制度、積極推進(jìn)黨務(wù)公開及切實尊重黨員的主體地位等方面進(jìn)行了探討。 第三部分:論述了胡錦濤黨內(nèi)民主思想的價值及特色,本文從胡錦濤黨內(nèi)民主思想是馬克思主義關(guān)于黨內(nèi)民主思想的新發(fā)展、新成果、是對馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家和我黨三代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人黨內(nèi)民主思想的繼承和發(fā)展、是新時期新階段指導(dǎo)黨的建設(shè)的重大戰(zhàn)略思想三個方面闡述了胡錦濤黨內(nèi)民主思想的價值;并且又進(jìn)一步揭示了胡錦濤黨內(nèi)民主思想的特色,即具有作用的主導(dǎo)性、主體的鮮明性和理論的實踐性。
[Abstract]:As the core of the new CPC Central leadership, Hu Jintao, facing the new international and domestic situation, attaches great importance to strengthening party building, especially the building of inner-party democracy. On the basis of inheriting the Marxist classic writers and the three generations of CPC central leadership core about the inner-party democratic thought, a series of new ideas, new ideas and new judgments have been formed on the inner-party democratic construction. Hu Jintao's democratic thinking within the Party, for the new period, strengthens the Party's ability to govern, advances the socialist political civilization, stimulates the vitality of the whole party, implements the scientific concept of development, and realizes the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Has extremely important realistic significance and profound historical significance. Under the guidance of Marxist scientific world outlook and methodology, this paper adheres to the policy of integrating theory with practice, and adopts the methods of literature investigation, comparative research, experience summarization, in other words, practical analysis, etc. Based on reality, this paper systematically and concretely studies the background and practical basis of the formation and development of Hu Jintao's inner-party democratic thought. Main content and practical exploration; value and its characteristics. The first part expounds the important theoretical origin of the formation and production of Hu Jintao's inner-party democratic thought, focusing on Marx, Engels' inner-party democratic thought and Lenin's inner-party democratic thought. After that, the direct theoretical origin of Hu Jintao's inner-party democratic thought was expounded, and Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin inner-party democratic thought were expounded and analyzed respectively. The important and direct theoretical origin laid the ideological and theoretical foundation for Hu Jintao's inner-party democratic thought. The second part: the main content and practice exploration of Hu Jintao's inner-party democratic thought are analyzed in a comprehensive way. This part is the core and key point of this paper, which is based on the principles, fundamental and foundation of the development of inner-party democracy. The main contents of Hu Jintao's inner-party democratic thought are revealed in five aspects: the goal and the basic idea. With regard to the practice and exploration of Hu Jintao's inner-party democratic thought, this paper tries to perfect the Party Congress system, innovate the inner-party election system, perfect the decision-making system of the Committee and the standing Committee, and perfect the inner-party supervision system. Active promotion party affairs open and respect the main body status of the party member to carry on the discussion. The third part discusses the value and characteristics of Hu Jintao's inner-party democratic thought. It is the inheritance and development of the democratic thoughts within the Party of the classical Marxist writers and the three generations of leaders of our Party, and the important strategic thought of guiding the Party's construction in the new period and the three aspects of the values of the democratic thoughts of Hu Jintao within the Party; Moreover, it further reveals the characteristics of Hu Jintao's democratic thought within the Party, that is, the leading role, the clearness of the subject and the practicality of the theory.
