【摘要】：培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的民主參與素質(zhì)是新課程改革的需要,加強(qiáng)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在學(xué)校生活中的民主參與意識(shí)的途徑和方法,使學(xué)生真正成為學(xué)習(xí)的主人,提高學(xué)生的民主參與素質(zhì),才能使中職校的素質(zhì)教育得以落到實(shí)處。 本文從民主與民主參與素質(zhì)的內(nèi)涵構(gòu)成界定入手,提出培養(yǎng)中職生民主參與意識(shí)的重要性,分析中職校學(xué)生民主參與的現(xiàn)狀并進(jìn)行成因分析,概述職業(yè)學(xué)校德育課教學(xué)的實(shí)際和新課程改革的要求,并從學(xué)校管理制度層面和社會(huì)中民主參與程度進(jìn)行了反思。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出培養(yǎng)中職生民主參與意識(shí)的途徑和方法為基點(diǎn),以建立新型的中職校的師生關(guān)系,倡導(dǎo)民主參與意識(shí)的課堂教學(xué)方式的改變,改進(jìn)德育課教學(xué),精心設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)生的校園生活提高學(xué)生的民主參與素質(zhì),引領(lǐng)學(xué)生的“角色意識(shí)”,以及合理利用社會(huì)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源,探索培養(yǎng)和提高中職生民主參與素質(zhì)的途徑和方法,提高中職生的民主參與意識(shí)和技能,以便能更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)“培養(yǎng)良好的公民”這一基礎(chǔ)教育的核心目標(biāo)和任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:To cultivate students' democratic participation quality is the need of the new curriculum reform, to strengthen the ways and methods of cultivating students' democratic participation consciousness in school life, to make students become the masters of study, and to improve the students' democratic participation quality. Only then can the quality education of secondary vocational schools be put into practice. Starting with the definition of the connotation of democracy and the quality of democratic participation, this paper puts forward the importance of cultivating the consciousness of democratic participation of secondary vocational school students, analyzes the present situation of democratic participation of students in secondary vocational schools and analyzes the causes of its formation. This paper summarizes the actual teaching of moral education in vocational schools and the requirements of the new curriculum reform, and reflects on the level of school management system and the degree of democratic participation in society. On this basis, the author puts forward the ways and methods of cultivating the democratic participation consciousness of secondary vocational school students, in order to establish a new relationship between teachers and students, advocate the change of the classroom teaching method of democratic participation consciousness, and improve the teaching of moral education. Carefully designing students' campus life to improve students' democratic participation quality, leading students'"role consciousness", and making rational use of social network resources, exploring ways and methods to cultivate and improve the democratic participation quality of secondary vocational school students. To improve the democratic participation awareness and skills of secondary vocational students, in order to better achieve the "cultivate good citizens", the core goal and task of basic education.
