【摘要】：培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生法治思維是當(dāng)前實(shí)施依法治國方略的重要目標(biāo)任務(wù),可以考慮以下幾個著力點(diǎn):充分發(fā)揮思想政治理論課的主渠道作用,努力發(fā)揮社會實(shí)踐的育人作用,積極營造良好的校園法治文化環(huán)境,注重在推進(jìn)依法治校中培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生法治思維,努力發(fā)揮學(xué)校、家庭、社會的合力育人作用。從這幾個著力點(diǎn)出發(fā),踐行依法治國方略、培育法治理念,切實(shí)提高大學(xué)生的法治思維能力。
[Abstract]:It is an important goal and task to train college students' thinking of rule by law. We can consider the following points: give full play to the main role of ideological and political theory course, and try to bring into play the educational role of social practice. We should actively create a good cultural environment for the rule of law on campus, pay attention to the cultivation of students' thinking on the rule of law in the course of promoting the administration of school by law, and make great efforts to bring into play the role of school, family and society in educating people. Starting from these points, we should practice the strategy of governing the country according to law, cultivate the concept of rule by law, and improve the thinking ability of college students in accordance with the rule of law.
