熔噴靜電微分紡絲法制備納米纖維

【摘要】:熔噴靜電微分紡絲法是結(jié)合熔噴和無針靜電紡絲的一種制備納米纖維的方法,采用自行設(shè)計制造的熔噴-電紡噴頭,通過改變氣流速度和溫度,分別采用熔噴、靜電紡絲和熔噴-靜電紡絲3種方法制備纖維,利用SEM對纖維進行表征,分析了3種紡絲條件對纖維直徑和直徑分布的影響。結(jié)果表明:熔噴法制得的纖維直徑較細,但直徑分布較寬,而無針靜電紡絲法制得的纖維直徑較粗,但直徑分布窄,熔噴靜電微分紡絲法結(jié)合了兩者的優(yōu)勢,能制得直徑小且分布均勻的纖維,最后在控制氣流溫度為180℃左右,氣流速度為30 m/s的情況下,成功制得能夠達到平均直徑為300 nm的均勻超細纖維,為制備更高要求的過濾、電池隔膜和生物材料等應(yīng)用方面的材料提供了一種新方法。
[Abstract]:The fusion-jet electrostatic differential spinning method is a method of preparing nanofibers by combining fusion-jet and needle-free electrostatic spinning. The fusion-electrospinning nozzle is designed and manufactured by ourselves. By changing the velocity and temperature of the airflow, the fusion-jet is used respectively. The fibers were prepared by electrostatic spinning and fusion-electrostatic spinning. The fibers were characterized by SEM.
