溶劑交換法制備淀粉納米顆粒及表征

【摘要】:采用沉淀技術(shù)以二甲基亞砜為溶劑,短鏈醇為不良溶劑利用溶劑交換法制備淀粉納米顆粒。實(shí)驗(yàn)考察了不良溶劑種類,乙醇體積濃度和溶劑/不良溶劑體積比對顆粒尺寸的影響,并對獲得的淀粉納米顆粒結(jié)構(gòu)與形態(tài)進(jìn)行了紅外光譜、掃描電鏡以及X-射線衍射分析。結(jié)果表明:采用無水乙醇為不良溶劑,當(dāng)溶劑與不良溶劑體積比1∶20情況下,制備的淀粉納米顆粒尺寸(218.8±4.66)nm,粒子尺寸分布較均勻,化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)未發(fā)生改變,晶體結(jié)構(gòu)被破壞,衍射峰消失。
[Abstract]:Starch nanoparticles were prepared by solvent exchange method with dimethyl sulfoxide as solvent and short chain alcohol as bad solvent. The effects of the kinds of bad solvents, the volume concentration of ethanol and the volume ratio of solvent to bad solvent on the particle size were investigated. The structure and morphology of the obtained starch nanoparticles were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The results showed that the size distribution of starch nanoparticles (218.8 鹵4.66) nm, particles was uniform and the chemical structure was not changed when the volume ratio of solvent to bad solvent was 1:20, the size distribution of starch nanoparticles was (218.8 鹵4.66) nm,. The crystal structure was destroyed and the diffraction peak disappeared.
