【摘要】：正法治節(jié)目不能僅僅追求感官刺激,光圖節(jié)目好看;法治節(jié)目重在普法,開啟民智,為百姓排憂解難。做到這些并不容易。在傳播實(shí)踐中,從電視生產(chǎn)與管理的角度而言,不論是一個(gè)頻道,還是一個(gè)欄目,要切實(shí)履行媒體責(zé)任,充分發(fā)揮媒體作用,積極引導(dǎo)輿論,推進(jìn)法治建設(shè)進(jìn)程,離不開三個(gè)基本問(wèn)題:對(duì)社會(huì)需求的準(zhǔn)確把握與契合、對(duì)法治傳播基本規(guī)范的始終遵循與堅(jiān)持、對(duì)實(shí)施細(xì)則的層層把關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The program of rule of law should not only seek for sensory stimulation, but also focus on popularizing the law, opening up the wisdom of the people and solving difficulties for the common people. It is not easy to do this. In the practice of communication, from the point of view of television production and management, whether it is a channel or a column, it is necessary to earnestly fulfill the media responsibility, give full play to the role of the media, actively guide public opinion, and advance the process of building the rule of law. There are three basic problems: the accurate grasp and agreement of social needs, the consistent adherence to the basic norms of the dissemination of the rule of law, and the supervision of the rules of implementation.
