沉淀聚合法制備3-吲哚乙酸印跡聚合物微粒及其固相萃取應(yīng)用

【摘要】:以3-吲哚乙酸(IAA)為模板分子、丙烯酰胺(AA)為功能單體,采用沉淀聚合法制備了IAA印跡聚合物微粒,研究了致孔劑乙腈的用量及IAA的加入量對(duì)印跡聚合物結(jié)合性能的影響,采用色譜法對(duì)其進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)乙腈為37.5 m L,IAA為2 mmol(與AA物質(zhì)的量比為1∶1)時(shí),制得印跡聚合物P7對(duì)IAA的親和力最大(k=4.24),印跡因子(IF)為14.1,其對(duì)IAA展示了最顯著的特異識(shí)別能力。將P7作為固相萃取柱的填料,研究了分子印跡固相萃取IAA的方法,測(cè)得綠豆芽樣品的加標(biāo)回收率為90.6%~92.6%。結(jié)果表明,以AA為功能單體沉淀聚合法制備的IAA印跡聚合物顆粒適合作為固相萃取柱填料,可實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)際樣品中IAA的選擇性分離凈化。該文提出的采用適當(dāng)增大模板分子加入量的方法是制備高親和力與高選擇性印跡聚合物的一條新途徑。
[Abstract]:IAA imprinted polymer particles were prepared by precipitation polymerization with 3-indoleacetic acid (IAA) as template molecule and acrylamide (AA) as functional monomer. The effects of the amount of acetonitrile and the amount of IAA on the binding properties of imprinted polymers were studied. The results showed that when acetonitrile was 37.5 mL, IAA was 2 mmol (the ratio to AA was 1:1), the imprinted polymer P7 had the highest affinity to IAA (KN 4.24), and the imprinting factor (IF) was 14.1. It shows the most remarkable recognition ability for IAA. Using P7 as the filler of solid-phase extraction column, the method of molecularly imprinted solid-phase extraction (IAA) was studied. The standard recovery of mung bean sprouts was 90.6% ~ 92.6%. The results showed that the IAA imprinted polymer particles prepared by precipitation polymerization of AA as functional monomers were suitable for solid phase extraction column packing and could realize the selective separation and purification of IAA in practical samples. It is a new way to prepare high affinity and high selectivity imprinted polymers by increasing the amount of template molecule.
