粉煤灰堿熔-水熱法制備P型分子篩的研究

【摘要】:P型分子篩在洗滌劑工業(yè)、石化工業(yè)、醫(yī)藥和環(huán)保工業(yè)等領(lǐng)域具有廣泛的應(yīng)用。為了探究粉煤灰制備P型分子篩過程中原料及產(chǎn)物的物相變化規(guī)律,用X射線多晶衍射儀(XRD)對粉煤灰、堿融產(chǎn)物及不同工藝參數(shù)條件下水熱法合成出的產(chǎn)物進行了物相分析。XRD分析結(jié)果表明,在m(粉煤灰)∶m(碳酸鈉)=1∶1.1、800℃煅燒2 h的條件下,能充分活化粉煤灰中的莫來石、石英等惰性相,得到高化學活性前驅(qū)粉體,其主要成分為NaAlSiO_4。在合成體系的n(SiO_2)/n(Al_2O_3)=3.5、n(H_2O)/n(Na_2O)=45、n(Na_2O)/n(SiO_2)=1.3、無老化步驟、在95℃水熱晶化時間為9 h的條件下,獲得的產(chǎn)物是純凈的P型分子篩。該法消耗了粉煤灰,實現(xiàn)了廢物的資源化利用,同時獲得了高附加值的產(chǎn)物P型分子篩。
[Abstract]:P-zeolite has been widely used in detergent industry, petrochemical industry, pharmaceutical industry and environmental protection industry.
