強(qiáng)化混合超臨界輔助霧化法制備玉米醇溶蛋白微粒

【摘要】:玉米醇溶蛋白是一種具有強(qiáng)疏水性的天然植物蛋白,在食品和醫(yī)藥等行業(yè)具有良好的應(yīng)用潛力。本文采用強(qiáng)化混合超臨界流體輔助霧化技術(shù)(SAA-HCM)制備玉米醇溶蛋白超細(xì)微粒,研究相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù)如混合氣壓力與溫度、沉淀器溫度、玉米醇溶蛋白濃度及乙醇濃度等對(duì)微粒形貌、粒徑的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明在9.0 MPa的混合器壓力,混合器溫度和沉淀器溫度分別為50℃和60℃,玉米醇溶蛋白濃度為20 g?L-1,乙醇濃度為80%條件下,制得的微粒具有球形度高、分散性好、粒徑可控制等優(yōu)點(diǎn),且平均粒徑約為3μm。此外,本文以醇溶蛋白為載體、VD3為模擬活性藥物制備載藥微粒,并對(duì)其形貌、載藥率和藥物釋放行為做初步探索,取得了合理的包埋緩釋效果。
[Abstract]:Zein is a natural plant protein with strong hydrophobicity and has good application potential in food and medicine industries. In this paper, Zein ultrafine particles were prepared by enhanced supercritical fluid assisted atomization (SAA-HCM).
