【摘要】：黨內(nèi)民主,就是全體黨員在黨內(nèi)當家作主的政治權利和政治制度。建國以后,總體上來說我們黨對于黨內(nèi)民主的發(fā)展是比較重視的,黨內(nèi)民主有過一段健康的發(fā)展時期,但是之后黨內(nèi)民主發(fā)展的方向出現(xiàn)了偏差。十一屆三中全會以后黨內(nèi)民主的發(fā)展逐步走上正軌,各項制度也不斷的健全�，F(xiàn)階段,我們黨作為中國特色社會主義事業(yè)的領導核心,發(fā)展黨內(nèi)民主有著極大的歷史意義。對于人民民主的發(fā)展、黨員主動性的發(fā)揮、政治體制改革的推進等方面有著巨大的推動作用。新的歷史時期黨內(nèi)民主的發(fā)展雖然取得了比較大的成就,但是制約黨內(nèi)民主進一步發(fā)展的因素還存在,諸如傳統(tǒng)的政治文化的影響、黨內(nèi)民主制度本身的弊端等方面。為了更好的推動黨內(nèi)民主的發(fā)展,我們需要不斷的完善黨的代表大會制度、黨的委員會制度、黨內(nèi)選舉制度、黨內(nèi)監(jiān)督等制度,還要充分尊重黨員的主體地位,以期能夠推動黨內(nèi)民主更快更好的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Inner-Party democracy is the political rights and political system in which all Party members are the masters of their own affairs. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, our Party has generally attached great importance to the development of inner-party democracy, which has experienced a period of healthy development, but since then, there has been a deviation in the direction of the development of inner-party democracy. Since the third Plenary session of the Eleventh Central Committee, the development of inner-party democracy has gradually been on the right track, and various systems have been constantly improved. At present, as the leading core of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it is of great historical significance to develop inner-party democracy. It plays an important role in promoting the development of people's democracy, the initiative of Party members and the reform of political system. Although great achievements have been made in the development of inner-party democracy in the new historical period, the factors restricting the further development of inner-party democracy still exist, such as the influence of traditional political culture, the malpractice of the inner-party democratic system itself, and so on. In order to better promote the development of inner-party democracy, we need to constantly improve the Party's Congress system, the party's committee system, the inner-party election system, the inner-party supervision system, and so on, and also fully respect the party members' dominant position. In order to promote the party democracy faster and better development.
