【摘要】：在正交實(shí)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合抄紙實(shí)驗(yàn),運(yùn)用坐標(biāo)綜合評(píng)定法確定了相思木硫酸鹽法制漿的最佳蒸煮條件。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在用堿量15%(以Na2O計(jì))、硫化度30%、液比1∶4、蒸煮最高溫度165℃、升溫時(shí)間60 min、保溫時(shí)間120 min的條件下進(jìn)行硫酸鹽法蒸煮,所得紙漿得率52.25%,卡伯值17.9,黏度987.3 m L/g,裂斷長(zhǎng)9.32 km,抗張指數(shù)93.6 N·m/g,撕裂指數(shù)10.0 m N·m2/g,耐破指數(shù)5.34 k Pa·m2/g。
