一步法制備乙;{米纖維素及其性能表征

【摘要】:采用機(jī)械力化學(xué)方法,在4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)催化下一步法制備乙;{米纖維素(A-NCC)。通過(guò)單因素研究方法,對(duì)影響A-NCC得率的DMAP用量、球磨時(shí)間、反應(yīng)溫度、超聲時(shí)間、反應(yīng)時(shí)間等因素進(jìn)行探討及分析。采用透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)、熱分析儀(TGA)、傅里葉變換紅外光譜儀(FTIR)和X射線光子能譜分析(XPS)等對(duì)所制備A-NCC的形貌、熱穩(wěn)定性和譜學(xué)性能進(jìn)行分析表征,采用滴定法測(cè)量表面羥基的取代度。結(jié)果表明:機(jī)械力化學(xué)法制備的A-NCC呈細(xì)長(zhǎng)狀,直徑約為10~30nm,長(zhǎng)度約為200~750nm,結(jié)晶度為76%,取代度(DS)在0.125~0.214之間;TGA分析表明,A-NCC熱分解溫度為311℃,低于竹漿。采用機(jī)械力化學(xué)法制備乙酰化納米纖維素具有工藝簡(jiǎn)便、綠色環(huán)保的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Acetylated nanocellulose (A-NCC) was prepared by mechanochemical method using 4-dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) as catalyst. The factors influencing the yield of A-NCC, such as DMAP dosage, milling time, reaction temperature, ultrasonic time, reaction time and so on, were discussed and analyzed by single factor research method. The morphologies of A-NCC prepared by transmission electron microscope (TEM), (TEM), X ray diffractometer (XRD), (XRD), thermal analyzer (TGA), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray photon spectroscopy (XPS) were analyzed. The thermal stability and spectroscopic properties were characterized and the degree of substitution of surface hydroxyl groups was measured by titration. The results show that the A-NCC prepared by mechanochemical method is thin and long, with a diameter of 10 ~ 30 nm, a length of about 200 ~ 750 nm, a crystallinity of 76 and a degree of substitution of 0.125 ~ 0.214; TGA analysis showed that the thermal decomposition temperature of A-NCC was 311 鈩,
