無模板-自組裝法制備多孔二氧化鈦工藝研究

【摘要】:采用無模板自組裝法制備多孔二氧化鈦,通過改變合成溫度和時間探索最優(yōu)的合成工藝。采用X射線衍射、傅里葉紅外光譜、紫外-可見光光譜、比表面積和孔結(jié)構(gòu)測試、透射電子顯微鏡、熒光光譜分析等表征手段表征其結(jié)構(gòu)與性能。結(jié)果表明:通過合成中間體乙二醇鈦進而制備多孔二氧化鈦的工藝可行;合成溫度為175℃、時間為4 h,制備的多孔二氧化鈦微觀形貌為微米棒狀上分布納米級的孔,這種納米級的孔不是通過堆垛形成,其比表面積為92.348 m2/g,平均孔徑為4.887 nm,具有優(yōu)異的光催化性能和沉降性能。
[Abstract]:Porous titanium dioxide was prepared by template-free self-assembly method. The optimum synthesis process was explored by changing the synthesis temperature and time. The structure and properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, UV-Vis spectrum, specific surface area and pore structure test, transmission electron microscope and fluorescence spectrum analysis. The results show that the process of preparing porous titanium dioxide by synthesizing the intermediate titanium glycol is feasible. The synthesis temperature is 175 鈩,
