熱聚合-氧化法制備高β樹脂改性瀝青

【摘要】:以中溫瀝青為原料,通過溶劑萃取沉降分離獲得低喹啉不溶物含量(QI0.1%)的精制瀝青。對(duì)精制瀝青進(jìn)行熱聚合-空氣氧化改性處理,得到高β樹脂含量的改性瀝青。經(jīng)特定熱聚合條件處理后,研究了空氣氧化階段的反應(yīng)溫度、氧化時(shí)間和空氣流量對(duì)瀝青改性的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在空氣氧化階段,當(dāng)氧化溫度為280℃,氧化時(shí)間為2h,空氣流量為0.04m~3/h時(shí),可以獲得軟化點(diǎn)為220℃、甲苯不溶物為61.59%、喹啉不溶物為4.35%、結(jié)焦值為78.44%,β樹脂含量為57.24%的優(yōu)質(zhì)改性瀝青。
