【摘要】：習(xí)近平在一系列講話中確立了新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿論觀,對推進協(xié)商民主具有深遠的歷史意義和現(xiàn)實意義。具體體現(xiàn)為:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)作為技術(shù)平臺打破了"線下協(xié)商"傳統(tǒng)機制面對面官民交流的束縛與局限,使民意由線下走向線上,干部要跟著民眾上網(wǎng),開辟"線上協(xié)商"新渠道;在與網(wǎng)民溝通過程中,干部要有耐心,善于接納不同意見,網(wǎng)上網(wǎng)下形成協(xié)商同心圓;允許人人發(fā)聲,讓民意得到充分表達,增強官民協(xié)商互動性。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping has established a new view of public opinion on the Internet in a series of speeches, which has far-reaching historical and practical significance for promoting deliberative democracy. As a technical platform, the Internet has broken the shackles and limitations of the traditional mechanism of "offline consultation" between officials and the people, and made public opinion move from offline to online, and cadres should follow the public to the Internet and open up a new channel of "online consultation"; In the process of communicating with Internet users, cadres should be patient, be good at accepting different opinions, form a concentric circle of consultation on and off the net, allow everyone to speak out, let public opinion be fully expressed, and enhance the interaction between officials and people in consultation.
