《近代西方民主政治的確立與發(fā)展》教學(xué)研究

【摘要】:2009年9月,內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)開始全面實施新課程改革。在新課程教學(xué)過程中,我校的歷史課堂從教師教學(xué)理念、教學(xué)方式到學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和學(xué)習(xí)方式都有一些可喜的變化,但還存在很多不盡人意的地方。本文以《專題七近代西方民主政治的確立和發(fā)展》為研究對象,從教學(xué)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)重點和難點、教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)過程、教學(xué)評價等五個方面進行研究,試圖解決筆者個人的困惑,提高課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量。 本單元的教學(xué)目標(biāo)有五點,一是認識兩方民主政治的本質(zhì),二是感受民主政治發(fā)展過程的曲折性和特點,三是掌握西方民主政治多樣化的原因,四是了解資產(chǎn)階級代議制在西方政治發(fā)展過程中的作用,五是學(xué)會尊重他國的歷史并理解中國社會主義民主政治的艱巨性和長期性。單元教學(xué)目標(biāo)的制定方法是在熟悉該段歷史知識的基礎(chǔ)上,以新課標(biāo)為指針,同時參考考試說明。 本單元的教學(xué)重點是掌握英國《權(quán)利法案》、美國1787年憲法、法蘭西第三共和國憲法、《德意志帝國憲法》等重要的歷史文獻,掌握英國責(zé)任內(nèi)閣制的形成過程;理解國家的權(quán)力機構(gòu)形式和議會在權(quán)利集中、防止暴政現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)過程中的作用;難點是代議制下的國家權(quán)利的結(jié)構(gòu)形式、議會的作用,代議制在西方各國所呈現(xiàn)的多樣性。確定重難點的依據(jù)一是對學(xué)情的分析,二是對三年來新課改地區(qū)高考題的分析。 根據(jù)近代西方民主政治歷史的內(nèi)在規(guī)律,本單元的教學(xué)內(nèi)容可以整合為各國代議制確立的背景、內(nèi)容、特點三個問題,然后根據(jù)三個問題選擇教學(xué)資源,并確定相適應(yīng)的教學(xué)方法。 歷史課堂教學(xué)是由一個個環(huán)節(jié)巧妙勾連起來的,其教學(xué)的藝術(shù)貫穿于課堂教學(xué)的全過程。本單元采取了故事法和新舊知識銜接法兩種導(dǎo)入方法。在講授過程中,為了讓學(xué)生了解國家權(quán)力的分配和運行,設(shè)計了角色扮演的活動。小結(jié)部分采取了數(shù)字概括和濃縮語言概括兩種方式。 新一輪歷史課程改革強調(diào)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的全程評價,我校實行評價條機制,對課堂上積極思考、踴躍發(fā)言的學(xué)生給予獎勵,累計分數(shù),算在綜合考評中,以此對學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)過程進行評價;同時設(shè)計一些比較新穎的練習(xí)題,考查學(xué)學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)知識,提高學(xué)生的知識遷移能力和運用能力。
[Abstract]:In September 2009, Inner Mongolia Autonomous region began to fully implement the new curriculum reform. In the course of the new curriculum teaching, there are some gratifying changes in the history classroom of our school from teachers' teaching idea, teaching method to students' learning attitude and learning style, but there are still many unsatisfactory places. This paper focuses on the establishment and development of Modern Western Democratic Politics in the Seven Special Topics, and studies it from five aspects: teaching goal, teaching emphasis and difficulty, teaching content, teaching process, teaching evaluation, etc. Try to solve the author's personal confusion, improve the quality of classroom teaching. The teaching objectives of this unit are five: first, to understand the essence of democratic politics between the two parties; second, to feel the tortuosity and characteristics of the development process of democratic politics; and third, to grasp the reasons for the diversification of democratic politics in the West. The fourth is to understand the role of bourgeois representative system in the process of western political development, and the fifth is to learn to respect the history of other countries and to understand the arduous and long-term nature of Chinese socialist democratic politics. On the basis of being familiar with the historical knowledge of this section, the formulation method of unit teaching goal is to take the new curriculum standard as the pointer and to refer to the explanation of the examination at the same time. The teaching emphasis of this unit is to master the important historical documents such as the British Bill of Rights, the 1787 Constitution of the United States, the Constitution of the third Republic of France and the Constitution of the German Reich. It is difficult to understand the form of state power and the role of parliament in the process of centralization of power and prevention of tyranny, and the difficulty is the structural form of state rights under representative system, the role of parliament, and the diversity of representative system in western countries. The basis for determining the important difficulties is the analysis of the academic situation and the analysis of the questions of the college entrance examination in the area of new curriculum reform in the past three years. According to the internal law of the history of modern western democratic politics, the teaching content of this unit can be integrated into the background, content and characteristics of the representative system of various countries, and then choose the teaching resources according to the three problems. And to determine the appropriate teaching methods. History classroom teaching is skillfully connected by each link, and its teaching art runs through the whole course of classroom teaching. This unit has adopted the story method and the new old knowledge link method two kinds of introduction methods. In the course of teaching, role-playing activities are designed to let students understand the distribution and operation of state power. The summary part adopts two ways of numerical generalization and condensed language generalization. The new round of history curriculum reform emphasizes the whole process evaluation of students' study. Our school implements the evaluation mechanism, rewards and accumulates scores for students who think positively in the classroom and speaks enthusiastically, and counts them in the comprehensive evaluation. At the same time, some new exercises are designed to check the students' basic knowledge and improve their ability of knowledge transfer and application.
