噴涂法制備PTFE基減摩耐磨涂層工藝參數(shù)的優(yōu)化

【摘要】:以環(huán)氧樹脂為黏結(jié)劑,聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)為固體潤(rùn)滑劑,MoS_2為填料,采用空氣噴涂法在GCr15鋼基體上制備PTFE基減摩耐磨涂層,利用往復(fù)式摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)測(cè)試了涂層的摩擦磨損性能,并采用正交試驗(yàn)法對(duì)固化溫度、固化時(shí)間、噴槍壓力等噴涂工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明:影響PTFE基減摩耐磨涂層摩擦學(xué)性能的噴涂工藝參數(shù)的主次順序?yàn)閲姌寜毫、固化時(shí)間、固化溫度;當(dāng)固化溫度為120℃、固化時(shí)間為60 min、噴槍壓力為0.3 MPa時(shí),涂層的平均摩擦因數(shù)為0.106,磨損體積為0.001 5mm~3,此時(shí)摩擦學(xué)性能最優(yōu)。
[Abstract]:Using epoxy resin as binder, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as solid lubricant and MoS_2 as filler, PTFE based antifriction and wear resistant coating was prepared on GCr15 steel substrate by air spraying method. The friction and wear properties of the coating were tested by reciprocating friction and wear tester. The spray process parameters such as curing temperature, curing time and spray gun pressure were optimized by orthogonal test. The results show that the primary and secondary order of spraying parameters affecting the tribological properties of PTFE based antifriction and wear resistant coatings is gun pressure, curing time and curing temperature, and when the curing temperature is 120 鈩,
