溶劑熱法制備超細(xì)鈷粉及其機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:以CoCl_2·6H_2O為原料、水合肼N2H_4·H_2O為還原劑,引入AgNO_3·6H_2O作為形核劑,采用乙二醇溶劑熱法制備了超細(xì)鈷粉。通過(guò)紅外光譜分析探討了零價(jià)Co形成的化學(xué)機(jī)理,對(duì)產(chǎn)物顆粒的相結(jié)構(gòu)、微觀形貌和磁性能進(jìn)行了表征,重點(diǎn)考察了形核劑的加入量及溶劑熱溫度對(duì)鈷粉微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和磁性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)前驅(qū)體溶液中n(Ag~+)∶n(Co~(2+))=1∶100、溶劑熱溫度為160℃時(shí),可以制得粒徑在100nm以下的球狀Co顆粒,Co粉分散性良好,且呈現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的軟磁性能。
[Abstract]:Ultrafine cobalt powder was prepared by using CoCl_2 6H_2O as raw material, hydrazine hydrate N2H_4 H 2O as reductant, AgNO_3 6H_2O as nucleating agent and ethylene glycol as solvothermal method. The chemical mechanism of the formation of zero-valent Co was discussed by infrared spectroscopy. The phase structure, microstructure and magnetic properties of the product were characterized. The effects of nucleating agent and solvothermal temperature on the microstructure and magnetic properties of cobalt powder were investigated.
