小學(xué)法治教育機(jī)制優(yōu)化審視

【摘要】:小學(xué)法治教育優(yōu)化發(fā)展是學(xué)生全面發(fā)展、社會(huì)穩(wěn)定進(jìn)步、國(guó)家法治化的重要訴求。本文基于供給側(cè)視角,對(duì)小學(xué)法治教育內(nèi)容、師資、制度、經(jīng)費(fèi)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行闡述,揭示小學(xué)法治教育合作性、滲透性、情境性、實(shí)踐性等特點(diǎn);對(duì)教學(xué)目標(biāo)模糊性、教學(xué)內(nèi)容非系統(tǒng)性、教學(xué)主體被動(dòng)參與性、教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)片面性等問(wèn)題深入研究并探析緣由;最終提出,供給主體上開(kāi)設(shè)相關(guān)專業(yè)、高校引進(jìn)人才,供給內(nèi)容上設(shè)置系統(tǒng)課程、開(kāi)發(fā)完善資源,供給方式上促使教育方式多元化、實(shí)踐基地可行化,供給制度上多方機(jī)制合力化,供給經(jīng)費(fèi)上建立經(jīng)費(fèi)籌措機(jī)制、完善監(jiān)督檢查機(jī)制的優(yōu)化路徑。
[Abstract]:The optimization and development of primary school rule of law education is an important demand for the all-round development of students, social stability and progress, and the rule of law in the country. Based on the supply-side perspective, this paper expounds the contents, teachers, systems and funding of primary education of rule of law, reveals the characteristics of cooperation, permeability, situation and practice of primary education of rule of law, and fuzziness of teaching objectives. The teaching content is not systematic, the teaching subject is passively participatory, the teaching evaluation is one-sidedness and so on, and the causes are deeply studied and analyzed. Finally, it is put forward that the supply subject should set up the related specialty, the university will introduce the talented person, the supply content will set up the systematic course. To develop and perfect resources, to promote the diversification of educational methods, to make the practice base feasible, to combine various mechanisms in the supply system, to establish the financing mechanism in the supply and fund, and to perfect the optimized path of the supervision and inspection mechanism.
