一步法制備網(wǎng)狀聚氨酯軟泡及性能研究

【摘要】:以聚醚多元醇ZS-315、普通聚醚三醇ZS-2802及其他助劑為原料,采用一步法工藝制備了高開孔率(開孔率大于97%)網(wǎng)狀聚氨酯軟泡,討論了助劑對(duì)泡沫性能的影響,并與兩步法制備的網(wǎng)狀聚氨酯軟泡的物理性能進(jìn)行對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明,該方法配方調(diào)節(jié)靈活,所制得的網(wǎng)狀聚氨酯軟泡物理性能優(yōu)良,且與兩步法制備的網(wǎng)狀聚氨酯軟泡性能相當(dāng)。
[Abstract]:Using polyether polyol (ZS-315,), ordinary polyether triol (ZS-2802) and other additives as raw materials, the high porosity (opening ratio > 97%) reticular polyurethane soft foam was prepared by one-step process. The effect of additives on the foam properties was discussed. The physical properties of the reticulated polyurethane soft foam prepared by two-step method were compared. The results show that the method is flexible in formulation and has excellent physical properties of the reticulated polyurethane soft foams, and is comparable to the network polyurethane soft foams prepared by the two-step method.
