小學(xué)高年段班級管理中民主管理的現(xiàn)狀及策略研究
[Abstract]:The issue of democracy in education plays an important role in the subject of educational circles. The school is called the main position of education, and the class is the main place for teachers to educate and teach. Class is also a ladder for the development and cultivation of students, which directly affects the formation of students' personality and the development of their literacy. In recent years, with the development of basic education, the introduction of a series of educational policies is enough to reflect the importance of basic education to the development of students. Especially the release of the Core Literacy of Chinese students' Development makes the democratic management in class management more necessary to promote and develop. In this study, the author conducted interviews with teachers and students in different schools and different levels of primary school through literature, interview, investigation and other research methods. Three hundred questionnaires were sent out to 4 representative primary schools in H district of S city, and 10 teachers and students with rich teaching experience were interviewed and first-hand information was obtained. Through the software analysis and sorting out the current situation of the high-grade class management in primary schools, and carry on the analysis. Mainly reflected in the following aspects: teachers and students in the process of democratic management of the definition of democratic management is not clear; the lack of effectiveness of the class system construction; the lack of management form; teachers and family and teacher work separated and so on. The countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of democratic management idea, democratic system formulation, democratic management form and cooperation between home and school. In the aspect of democratic management idea: through teachers' correct practice of democratic management mode, students' role in democratic management should be brought into play, and the democratic management mechanism of school should be perfected and deepened into democratic management; The implementation aspect of democratic system: through defining the subject and content of convention making, the democratization of convention making process, the standardization of convention implementation, the pluralistic and perfect democratic management embodied in evaluation system; The form of democratic management: through the formation of complete class committee and the equalization of responsibility and power, the rich material environment is created, and the honest style of class is created to promote democratic management. School cooperation: through home and school, teachers form education to promote democratic management. Thus to promote the understanding and discussion of democratic management, and to promote and develop democratic management and the formation of students' literacy.
