【摘要】： 黨的十七大報(bào)告指出,要全面落實(shí)依法治國(guó)的基本方略,加快建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家。具備高素質(zhì)、高品質(zhì)的大學(xué)生,作為我國(guó)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的接班人,擔(dān)負(fù)著建設(shè)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家的歷史重任。因此,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生法制教育工作是歷史的必然趨勢(shì)。 上個(gè)世紀(jì)80年代,我國(guó)便著手開(kāi)展大學(xué)生法制教育工作,經(jīng)歷三十年的不懈努力,大學(xué)生法制教育工作取得了一定的進(jìn)展。隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷深入,整個(gè)社會(huì)正在經(jīng)歷一場(chǎng)前所未有的大變革。大學(xué)生心智尚不成熟,容易受到社會(huì)不良風(fēng)氣的影響,難以樹(shù)立正確的法制觀念。社會(huì)條件的急劇變更,大學(xué)生主體意識(shí)的逐漸增強(qiáng),給大學(xué)生法制教育工作增加了難度,提出了新的挑戰(zhàn)。 本文通過(guò)詳細(xì)闡述大學(xué)生法制教育工作的具體內(nèi)涵,對(duì)大學(xué)生法制教育形成一定的認(rèn)識(shí)。通過(guò)對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,分析得出目前大學(xué)生法制教育工作的不足之處,并著重探析大學(xué)生法制教育工作難以取得顯著成效的主要原因,即傳統(tǒng)文化、社會(huì)環(huán)境以及家庭教育的消極影響。通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)資料以及實(shí)際觀察等方法,總結(jié)出增加大學(xué)生法制教育實(shí)效性的諸多途徑與方法。主要以準(zhǔn)確定位法制教育、法制課程內(nèi)容、師資隊(duì)伍、結(jié)合道德教育、教育模式、高校環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境以及家庭環(huán)境為切入點(diǎn),以期找到突破口,提高法制教育課程的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,優(yōu)化大學(xué)生學(xué)法用法氛圍,保障大學(xué)生身心健康成長(zhǎng),樹(shù)立正確的法制觀念,提高自身的綜合素質(zhì),提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,加強(qiáng)社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力,為走向國(guó)際提供了良好的法律基礎(chǔ),早日實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)的依法治國(guó)方略。
[Abstract]:The report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the CPC pointed out that the basic strategy of governing the country by law should be fully implemented and the construction of a socialist country ruled by law should be speeded up. College students with high quality and high quality, as the successors of socialist modernization construction, shoulder the historical responsibility of building a socialist country ruled by law. Therefore, strengthening the legal education of college students is an inevitable trend of history. In the 1980s, China began to carry out the legal education of college students. After three decades of unremitting efforts, the legal education of college students has made some progress. With the deepening of market economy, the whole society is experiencing an unprecedented great change. College students are not mature and are easily influenced by bad social atmosphere, so it is difficult to set up correct legal concept. With the rapid change of social conditions and the gradual enhancement of college students' subjective consciousness, the legal education of college students has become more difficult and a new challenge has been put forward. This article elaborates the concrete connotation of the legal education of college students, and forms a certain understanding of the legal education of college students. Through the questionnaire survey of college students, this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the legal education work of college students at present, and probes into the main reasons why the legal education work of college students is difficult to achieve remarkable results, that is, traditional culture. The negative influence of social environment and family education. This paper summarizes many ways and methods to increase the effectiveness of the legal education of college students by consulting the literature and observing it. In order to find a breakthrough point, it mainly focuses on the accurate orientation of legal education, the content of legal course, the teaching staff, the combination of moral education, educational model, college environment, social environment and family environment. To improve the teaching quality of the legal education course, to optimize the atmosphere of learning and using the law, to ensure the growth of the students' physical and mental health, to establish the correct concept of legal system, to improve their comprehensive quality, to enhance their competitiveness, and to strengthen their ability to adapt to the society. It provides a good legal basis for international affairs and realizes our country's strategy of governing the country according to law as soon as possible.
