【摘要】：從東西方對比的角度來探討西方民主的危機已是一種政治和學(xué)術(shù)必然。雖然中國方略未必適合西方,西方即使想學(xué)也未必做得到,但對認(rèn)識西方目前面臨的困境和看清其未來非常關(guān)鍵。本文從東西方的制度模式、政黨的代表性、權(quán)力的合法性、政治權(quán)力的地位,以及政黨和體制的關(guān)系等方面對西方和中國的政治制度進行了比較研究。無論是從西方制度本身還是時代發(fā)展來看,西方制度正在加速喪失其歷史的合法性。假如在有限的歷史時空內(nèi)不能進行根本性的變革,其退出歷史舞臺將是必然的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:It is a political and academic necessity to explore the crisis of western democracy from the point of view of the contrast between East and West. Although China's strategy may not be suitable for the West, nor is it possible for the West to learn, it is critical to understand the difficulties facing the West and to see its future. This paper makes a comparative study of the political systems of the West and China from the aspects of the system model of the East and West, the representativeness of political parties, the legitimacy of power, the status of political power, and the relationship between political parties and systems. Whether from the western institutions themselves or the development of the times, the western institutions are losing their historical legitimacy. If in the limited historical time and space can not carry on the fundamental transformation, its withdrawal from the historical stage will be the inevitable result.
