同軸靜電紡絲法制備多孔鎂鋁尖晶石纖維

【摘要】:為制備多孔鎂鋁尖晶石纖維,首先以無水氯化鋁、無水氯化鎂、無水乙醇為原料,二氯甲烷為溶劑,采用非水解溶膠-凝膠法制備出干凝膠,再引入紡絲助劑聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和助溶劑N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)制成靜電紡絲溶液,利用多針頭同軸靜電紡絲法制備鎂鋁尖晶石凝膠-PVP前驅體纖維,經900℃煅燒合成出多孔鎂鋁尖晶石纖維。借助XRD和SEM研究了PVP用量(3、4和5 g)、陽離子濃度(0.216、0.288和0.360 mol·L~(-1))、靜電紡絲電壓(22、24和26 k V)及內液流速(0.1、0.3和0.5 m L·h~(-1))對多孔鎂鋁尖晶石纖維相組成和形貌的影響。結果發(fā)現:當PVP用量為4 g,陽離子濃度為0.288 mol·L~(-1),紡絲電壓為24 k V,內液流速為0.3 m L·h~(-1)時,纖維物相為純鎂鋁尖晶石相,纖維連續(xù),并呈現明顯的多孔結構。
[Abstract]:In order to prepare porous magnesia-aluminum spinel fibers, anhydrous aluminum chloride, anhydrous magnesium chloride, anhydrous ethanol and dichloromethane were used as raw materials to prepare xerogel by non-hydrolytic sol-gel method. The spinning agent polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and the co-solvent NN- dimethylformamide (DMF) were introduced to prepare the electrospinning solution.
