【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,社會(huì)也在不斷的進(jìn)步,我國是一個(gè)法治社會(huì),因此,在國富民安的背景下,自然也是少不了民主法治不斷完善在其中起到了重要的推動(dòng)作用。民主法治已經(jīng)成為了我們國家的主旋律,政府在管理職能上也自然相應(yīng)的做出了一些調(diào)整。人民群眾享有的權(quán)利越來越廣泛,政府工作的透明度越來越高,人民群眾對(duì)政府多數(shù)的工作都享有知情權(quán)和參與權(quán)。但是在政府傳統(tǒng)的檔案管理工作中,更加強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)檔案的保密性。那么在政府信息公開的推進(jìn)過程中,如何優(yōu)化對(duì)政府檔案的管理就是我們應(yīng)該思考的重點(diǎn)�；诖�,本論文重點(diǎn)對(duì)信息公開背景下政府檔案管理優(yōu)化的策略進(jìn)行分析。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the continuous progress of society, our country is a society ruled by law. Therefore, under the background of national prosperity and people security, it is natural that democracy and the rule of law continue to improve and play an important role in promoting it. Democracy and the rule of law have become the main theme of our country, and the government has naturally made some adjustments in its management functions. The people enjoy more and more rights, the transparency of government work is more and more high, and the people enjoy the right to know and participate in most of the work of the government. However, in the government's traditional archives management, more emphasis is placed on the confidentiality of archives. In the process of government information disclosure, how to optimize the management of government archives is the focus of our thinking. Based on this, this paper focuses on the analysis of the optimization strategy of government archives management under the background of information disclosure.
