化學(xué)活化法制備檸條活性炭工藝研究

【摘要】:利用微波裂解技術(shù)處理檸條獲得高品質(zhì)的生物質(zhì)油,大量剩余殘?zhí)靠蛇M(jìn)一步活化成優(yōu)質(zhì)活性炭,從而推動生物質(zhì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈并提高檸條的綜合利用價值。以化學(xué)試劑輔以高溫法生產(chǎn)活性炭,選取活化劑種類、檸條炭與化學(xué)試劑的炭劑比、活化溫度、活化時間4個因素,以碘吸附值為主要指標(biāo),進(jìn)行活化工藝優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明:H3PO4為活化劑的最優(yōu)工藝條件為:炭劑比1∶1.5、活化溫度550℃、活化時間80 min,該條件下活性炭水分、灰分、碘吸附值相應(yīng)為9.80%、2.77%、1013.37 mg/g,3個主要指標(biāo)均符合木質(zhì)凈水用活性炭的國家一級品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:High quality biomass oil was obtained by microwave pyrolysis technology, and a large amount of residual carbon could be further activated into high quality activated carbon, thus promoting the biomass industry chain and enhancing the comprehensive utilization value of Caragana korshinskii. Activated carbon was produced by chemical reagent and high temperature method. The activation process was optimized by selecting activators, the ratio of activated carbon to chemical reagent, activation temperature, activation time and iodine adsorption value.
