【摘要】：文章分析了當(dāng)代中國(guó)法治文化的歷史沿革,認(rèn)為法治文化建設(shè)的目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)崇尚法律的法治觀念、制定彰顯正義的法律制度、落實(shí)法律主治的治國(guó)方式。在法治文化建設(shè)過(guò)程中,必須堅(jiān)持馬克思主義的主導(dǎo)性、人民群眾的主體性、文化發(fā)展的傳承性、文化發(fā)展的開(kāi)放性等四項(xiàng)原則;必須與社會(huì)主義文化發(fā)展繁榮相結(jié)合、與人民群眾生產(chǎn)生活相結(jié)合、與社會(huì)主義法治實(shí)踐相結(jié)合、與市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)相結(jié)合、與國(guó)家治理體系現(xiàn)代化相結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the historical evolution of the culture of rule of law in contemporary China, and points out that the goal of the construction of culture of rule of law is to cultivate the concept of the rule of law that advocates the law, to formulate the legal system showing justice, and to implement the way of governing the country under the rule of law. In the process of building a culture of rule by law, we must adhere to the four principles of Marxism, the subjectivity of the people, the inheritance of cultural development, the openness of cultural development, and the prosperity of socialist culture. It combines with the production and life of the people, with the practice of socialist rule of law, with the construction of market economy, and with the modernization of the national governance system.
