一步法制備銀打印墨水中顆粒形貌對(duì)導(dǎo)電性能的影響

【摘要】:引入了一種操作簡(jiǎn)便的制備高固含量銀納米墨水的方法,以月桂酸作為保護(hù)劑,水合肼作為還原劑,一步發(fā)制備出粒徑均勻,尺寸為20nm,且固含量可達(dá)14%的銀導(dǎo)電墨水。分別探究了硝酸銀用量,水合肼含量等因素對(duì)產(chǎn)物形貌和固含量的影響。采用冷場(chǎng)發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡和紫外可見(jiàn)分光光度計(jì)對(duì)產(chǎn)物的形貌和尺寸分布進(jìn)行了測(cè)試。最后,銀墨水經(jīng)小于200℃的低溫?zé)Y(jié)后,獲得電阻最低為17mΩ/的銀薄膜層,為納米銀墨水在柔性電路中的應(yīng)用奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:A simple and convenient method for preparing silver nano-ink with high solid content was introduced. Silver conductive ink with uniform particle size of 20 nm and solid content of 14% was prepared in one step with lauric acid as protective agent and hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent. The effects of the amount of silver nitrate and the content of hydrazine hydrate on the morphology and solid content of the product were investigated. The morphology and size distribution of the products were measured by cold field emission scanning electron microscope and UV-Vis spectrophotometer. Finally, the silver film layer with the lowest resistance of 17m 惟 / was obtained after the silver ink was sintered at low temperature below 200 鈩,
