消除法制備低氯漂白紫膠及機理

【摘要】:在漂白紫膠乙醇溶液中加入乙醇鈉(一種親核試劑),選擇性與紫膠分子中結(jié)合氯的碳原子反應(yīng),脫除漂白紫膠中的氯,制備了低氯漂白紫膠。研究乙醇鈉加入量、反應(yīng)溫度和反應(yīng)時間對脫氯效果的影響。結(jié)果表明:100g漂白紫膠中加入4.2g的乙醇鈉,在90℃反應(yīng)90min脫氯效果最佳;最佳反應(yīng)條件時,產(chǎn)品中氯的質(zhì)量分數(shù)為0.28%,遠低于脫氯前的2.6%。紫外光譜分析表明,漂白紫膠最大吸收峰的波長由236nm藍移至222nm,脫除結(jié)合氯后最大吸收峰的波長值恢復(fù)。通過親核消除反應(yīng),乙醇鈉能脫除漂白紫膠的結(jié)合氯,漂白紫膠脫氯前后的結(jié)構(gòu)不同。
[Abstract]:Low chlorine bleaching lac was prepared by adding sodium ethoxide (a nucleophilic reagent) into the bleached lac alcohol solution and selectively reacting with the carbon atom of chlorine binding in the lac molecule to remove the chlorine from the bleached lac. The effects of sodium alcohol addition, reaction temperature and reaction time on dechlorination were studied.
