【摘要】：縱觀國際經(jīng)濟(jì)局勢,發(fā)達(dá)國家仍然是國際經(jīng)濟(jì)的主導(dǎo)者,在國際經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的開展中,發(fā)達(dá)國家擁有絕對的主導(dǎo)權(quán)。而發(fā)展中國家處于經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序的末端,國家實(shí)力以及經(jīng)貿(mào)能力等與發(fā)達(dá)國家仍然存在一定的差距。為了縮小貧富差距,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)和諧,就需要建立通過國際經(jīng)濟(jì)援助秩序,利用這種援助機(jī)制來幫助發(fā)展中國家脫貧脫困。但是,由于受到發(fā)達(dá)國家制度體系以及國際經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境等影響,平等、民主的國際經(jīng)濟(jì)救援體系并不完善。為了能夠推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)民主,降低南北差異,縮小剪刀差,就必須要建立國際經(jīng)濟(jì)民主,通過國際經(jīng)濟(jì)民主來推動(dòng)國際經(jīng)濟(jì)救援新秩序的建立。
[Abstract]:Throughout the international economic situation, developed countries are still the dominant international economy, in the development of international economic activities, developed countries have absolute dominant power. However, developing countries are at the end of economic order, and there is still a certain gap between developing countries and developed countries. In order to narrow the gap between the rich and the poor and promote economic and social harmony, it is necessary to establish an international economic aid order, which can be used to help developing countries out of poverty and poverty. However, due to the influence of the system of developed countries and the international economic environment, the international economic rescue system of equality and democracy is not perfect. In order to promote economic democracy, reduce the difference between the north and the south, and narrow the scissors gap, we must establish international economic democracy and promote the establishment of a new order of international economic rescue through international economic democracy.
