復(fù)凝聚法制備β-大馬酮微膠囊的工藝研究

【摘要】:以β-大馬酮為囊芯材料,明膠和羧甲基纖維素鈉(CMC)為壁材,通過復(fù)凝聚法制備了β-大馬酮微膠囊。以單因素試驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ),通過正交試驗(yàn)優(yōu)化了β-大馬酮微膠囊制備的工藝條件。確定較佳工藝條件為:m(明膠):m(CMC)=9:1,m(芯材):m(壁材)=1:1,乳化速度8 500 r/min,固化劑用量0.25%,溶液pH=4.5~4.6,反應(yīng)溫度40℃。在此條件下,微膠囊的包埋率達(dá)到了97.83%±2.16%,其粒徑約為30μm,形貌圓整規(guī)則。
