用溶膠微球法制備變色滌綸織物的溫致變色機(jī)制及其性能

【摘要】:為獲得一種有效的溫變色功能紡織品,采用溶膠微球法制備溫變色染料對(duì)滌綸織物進(jìn)行染色,探討染料濃度、染色p H值及時(shí)間對(duì)織物K/S值的影響,并通過(guò)紅外光譜分析了染色織物溫變色機(jī)制,考察了溫變色滌綸織物的溫變色可逆性、溫變色響應(yīng)速度及時(shí)間。結(jié)果表明:在質(zhì)量濃度為6 g/L,p H為6,染色90 min條件下,染色織物的K/S值為11,干、濕摩擦牢度均在4級(jí)以上,水洗變色牢度為4級(jí),沾色牢度為5級(jí),染色性能較好。溫變色染料在熱作用下由于電子轉(zhuǎn)移導(dǎo)致共軛體系減小使染色織物在30~55℃由深藍(lán)色逐漸變?yōu)闊o(wú)色,溫度降低,織物顏色恢復(fù)深藍(lán)色,溫變色差為30,變色響應(yīng)速度為17 s-1,響應(yīng)時(shí)間為1 s,因此,溶膠微球法溫度響應(yīng)變色滌綸織物具備靈敏且可逆的溫變色性能。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain an effective thermochromic functional textile, the temperature chromic dye was prepared by sol microsphere method to dye polyester fabric. The effects of dye concentration, pH value and time on the K / S value of the fabric were discussed. The mechanism of temperature discoloration of dyed fabrics was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, and the temperature coloration reversibility, the response speed and time of temperature discoloration of polyester fabrics were investigated. The results show that when the mass concentration is 6 g / L ~ (-1) H and dyeing time is 90 min, the K / S value of the dyed fabric is 11, the fastness to dry and wet friction is above 4, the color fastness to washing is 4, and the stain fastness is 5.
