【摘要】：我國(guó)已經(jīng)步入了大眾化的旅游時(shí)代,但旅游中的不文明行為帶來(lái)的各種問題日漸突出,不僅嚴(yán)重影響了旅游業(yè)的良性發(fā)展,而且破壞了我國(guó)的國(guó)際形象。當(dāng)前,必須加強(qiáng)法制教育,逐步提升旅游者的素質(zhì)。針對(duì)旅游中的不文明行為開展法制教育,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)旅游行政職能部門的責(zé)任和義務(wù),強(qiáng)化旅行社、導(dǎo)游人員的職責(zé),加大景區(qū)管理力度,提高旅游者的文明素質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:China has entered a popular tourism era, but the uncivilized behavior in tourism has brought more and more problems, which not only seriously affect the benign development of tourism, but also destroy the international image of our country. At present, must strengthen the legal system education, enhances the tourist's quality step by step. In order to carry out legal education for uncivilized behavior in tourism, we should strengthen the responsibility and obligation of tourism administrative functional departments, strengthen the duties of travel agencies and tour guides, strengthen the management of scenic spots and improve the civilized quality of tourists.
