【摘要】：法治是治國之利器,也是網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治參與治理的良方。中國在網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治參與法律監(jiān)管方面取得一定成績,但距法治化尚存在很大差距。加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治參與法治化治理,需堅持科學(xué)立法、民主立法、開門立法,發(fā)揮立法對網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理的引領(lǐng)和推動作用;規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡(luò)執(zhí)法工作,在法治的軌道上推動網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理工作;加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治文化建設(shè),使法治理念不斷深入人心;加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治工作隊伍建設(shè),為網(wǎng)絡(luò)政治參與法治化治理提供組織人才支撐;注重道德治理,促進法治與德治互動共進。
[Abstract]:Rule of law is the weapon of governing the country, is also the good prescription of network political participation in governance. China has made some achievements in the field of network political participation in legal supervision, but there is still a long way to go from the rule of law. To strengthen the participation of network politics in the rule of law, we should insist on scientific legislation, democratic legislation, open door legislation, give full play to the role of legislation in guiding and promoting network governance, standardize the work of network law enforcement, and promote the work of network governance on the track of rule of law. Strengthen the construction of network culture of rule of law, make the concept of rule of law more popular; strengthen the construction of network rule of law work team, provide organization talent support for network political participation in the rule of law governance; pay attention to moral governance, promote the mutual development of rule of law and moral governance.
