【摘要】：正目前治療查格斯病(Chagas disease)通常采用聯(lián)合用藥方案,主要利用芐硝唑(BNZ)和唑類衍生物與其他藥物的協(xié)同作用發(fā)揮抗感染療效。研發(fā)復(fù)方制劑的技術(shù)瓶頸在于藥物間不相容、BNZ溶出緩慢和劑量調(diào)整困難等。本試驗采用擠出滾圓法制備了BNZ速釋小丸。采用熱分析和紅外光譜法進行處方前研究,考察藥物與所選輔料[聚乙二醇(PEG)6000、羥基乙酸淀粉鈉、微晶纖維素和交聯(lián)羧甲基纖維素鈉]的相容性。結(jié)果顯
[Abstract]:Currently, in the treatment of Chaggs' disease (Chagas disease), a combination regimen is usually used, which mainly uses the synergistic effect of benzenidazole (BNZ) and azolium derivatives with other drugs to play an anti-infective effect. The technical bottleneck of compound preparation is the slow dissolution of BNZ and the difficulty of dose adjustment. In this experiment, BNZ rapid release pellets were prepared by extrusion round method. The compatibility of the drug with the selected excipients [polyethylene glycol (PEG) 6000, sodium glycolate starch, microcrystalline cellulose and cross-linked carboxymethyl cellulose] was investigated by thermal analysis and infrared spectroscopy.
