【摘要】：理查德·卡茲和彼得·梅爾是當(dāng)今西方學(xué)術(shù)界最有代表性的兩位政黨研究學(xué)者,他們基于政黨在社會(huì)與國(guó)家中位置變化而創(chuàng)立的卡特爾政黨研究范式,已經(jīng)成為西方最有影響力的政黨組織變革理論。他們對(duì)艾德斯維爾德政黨分層理論的去蔽化和進(jìn)一步開(kāi)拓,促生出之后兩大新的理論模式并替代了傳統(tǒng)、僵化、鐵板一塊的科層制政黨組織模型:一是卡迪的政黨分立模型,二是博萊葉的政黨組織科層制、分層制和聯(lián)邦制的三重化發(fā)展模型。隨著外界環(huán)境的變化,政黨組織在不斷調(diào)適自身的同時(shí)又改變著環(huán)境,這是政黨的適應(yīng)性變革而非衰落或危機(jī)。放眼未來(lái),政黨民主依然是民主制度的基礎(chǔ)性結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Richard Katz and Peter Mayer are the two most representative political party researchers in the western academic world. They are based on the cartel party research paradigm which is based on the changing position of political parties in society and country. It has become the most influential theory of political party organization change in the West. Their deconstruction and further development of Eddard Sverd's theory of political party stratification promoted the emergence of two new theoretical models and replaced the traditional, rigid, monolithic, hierarchical party organization model: first, Cadi's model of party separation. The second is the development model of three levels of political party organization, stratification and federalism. With the change of the external environment, the political party organization is constantly adjusting itself and changing the environment, which is the adaptive change of the political party rather than the decline or crisis. Looking forward to the future, party democracy is still the basic structure of the democratic system.
