當(dāng)代大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育研究

【摘要】:本文以教育學(xué)為理論基礎(chǔ),運用文獻研究法、對比研究法、訪談法,基于全面推進依法治國要求,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)為大學(xué)生法治教育的教育媒體,創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生法治教育形式。力求從教育微觀四要素的角度分析大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育存在的問題,并針對問題提出具體解決措施。本文的主要內(nèi)容和觀點:首先,網(wǎng)絡(luò)是指各種廣泛流行的手機移動網(wǎng)絡(luò)和信息技術(shù)的運用。同時,網(wǎng)絡(luò)具有資源的豐富性與共享性、傳播方式的交互性、信息的及時性、信息發(fā)布的不可控性的特點。分析“法制”與“法治”的區(qū)別在于法治是法制的立足點和歸宿,法制的發(fā)展前途必然是最終實現(xiàn)法治,法治較法制有更豐富的內(nèi)涵。大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育的內(nèi)涵是指高校以國家法治教育方針為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合學(xué)校具體情況,借助網(wǎng)絡(luò),使用信息技術(shù)對大學(xué)生進行的法治教育活動。大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育具有三大特點,即教育主客體趨于平等,法治教育內(nèi)容多元化,教育手段具有靈活性。其次,通過訪談法、文獻研究法從教育者、受教育者、教育內(nèi)容、教育手段四個方面,分析現(xiàn)階段大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育在一定程度上,促進了教育者綜合素質(zhì)的提升,增強了受教育者的自主學(xué)習(xí)積極性,豐富了大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育的內(nèi)容,拓展了大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育的手段。但同時,大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育也還存在教師隊伍建設(shè)有待進一步加強,大學(xué)生自身素質(zhì)有待提升,教育內(nèi)容有待進一步優(yōu)化,教育手段有待進一步提升的問題。最后,加強大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育,一是要加強教師隊伍建設(shè),重在樹立教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育的理念,加強教師法律素養(yǎng)和在線課程建設(shè)技能的培訓(xùn),還需要進一步優(yōu)化教學(xué)內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)。二是提升大學(xué)生自身素質(zhì),不斷推進大學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)方式,同時加強其自我評價與自我監(jiān)控。三是充實大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育內(nèi)容,明確大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)法治教育目標(biāo)是基礎(chǔ),重點在于以多種形式增加法治教育內(nèi)容,如:加強法律類通識教育課程和公共選修課程建設(shè),系統(tǒng)性梳理電子法治教育案例,在法治教育課程內(nèi)容中引入庭審網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播等。四是創(chuàng)新教育手段,需要加強高校法治教育網(wǎng)站建設(shè),開發(fā)形式多樣的法治教育軟件,不斷推進法治教育類微課建設(shè),以及完善現(xiàn)行考核方式。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of pedagogy, using the methods of literature research, comparative research and interview, based on the requirements of comprehensively promoting the rule of law, taking the network as the educational media for the education of the rule of law for college students, this paper innovates the form of the education of the rule of law for college students. This paper tries to analyze the problems existing in the network rule of law education of college students from the angle of the four elements of microcosmic education, and puts forward some concrete measures to solve the problems. The main contents and viewpoints of this paper are as follows: firstly, the network refers to the application of mobile network and information technology. At the same time, the network is characterized by the richness and sharing of resources, the interactivity of communication mode, the timeliness of information, and the uncontrollability of information release. The difference between "legal system" and "ruling by law" lies in the fact that the rule of law is the foothold and destination of the legal system. The development of the legal system is bound to realize the rule of law finally, and the rule of law has a richer connotation than the legal system. The connotation of network rule of law education for college students refers to the rule of law education activities of university students under the guidance of the national rule of law education policy, combined with the specific conditions of the school, with the help of the network, using information technology to carry out the rule of law education for college students. There are three characteristics in the network education of the rule of law for college students, namely, the educational subject and object tend to be equal, the content of the education of the rule of law is diversified, and the educational means are flexible. Secondly, through the interview method, the literature research method from the educator, the educatee, the education content, the education method four aspects, analyzes the university student network rule of law education in the present stage in the certain degree, promoted the educator comprehensive quality enhancement. It strengthens the enthusiasm of the educatees to learn independently, enriches the contents of the network rule of law education of college students, and expands the means of the network rule of law education for college students. However, at the same time, there are still some problems in the network rule of law education for college students, such as the construction of teachers, the improvement of students' own quality, the further optimization of educational content and the further improvement of educational means. Finally, to strengthen the network rule of law education for college students, the first is to strengthen the construction of teachers, focusing on setting up the concept of network rule of law education for teachers, strengthening teachers' legal literacy and online curriculum construction skills training. It is also necessary to further optimize the structure of teaching content. Second, to improve the quality of college students, to promote their independent learning, and to strengthen their self-evaluation and self-monitoring. Third, enrich the content of university students' network rule of law education, make clear that the goal of university students' network rule of law education is the foundation, the emphasis lies in increasing the content of rule of law education in various forms, such as: strengthening the construction of law general education courses and public elective courses. Systematically combing the electronic cases of rule of law education, introducing trial webcast into the content of rule of law education curriculum. Fourth, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of legal education website in colleges and universities, develop various kinds of legal education software, constantly promote the construction of micro-courses of rule of law education, and improve the current assessment methods.
