氫化-脫氫法制備ZK60鎂合金納米晶材料

【摘要】:研究了鑄態(tài)ZK60鎂合金粉末的氫化-脫氫優(yōu)化技術(shù)及其在此過程中的晶粒尺寸納米化機(jī)理。通過XRD、OM和TEM考察了氫化-脫氫過程中ZK60鎂合金粉末相結(jié)構(gòu)和顯微組織演化規(guī)律,獲得了制備納米晶材料的氫化、脫氫工藝條件。結(jié)果表明:ZK60合金粉末在450℃、2 MPa條件下保溫12 h后能夠完全氫化,隨后在350℃保溫并連續(xù)抽真空3 h即可完全脫氫,在此過程中ZK60合金粉末的平均晶粒尺寸也從約150μm被細(xì)化到約30 nm。
[Abstract]:The hydrogenation and dehydrogenation optimization technology of as-cast ZK60 magnesium alloy powder and its grain size nanocrystalline mechanism were studied. The phase structure and microstructure evolution of ZK60 magnesium alloy powders during hydrogenation and dehydrogenation were investigated by XRDX OM and TEM. The hydrogenation and dehydrogenation conditions of nanocrystalline materials were obtained. The results show that the alloy powder can be completely hydrogenated after holding at 450 鈩,
