【摘要】：核心價(jià)值觀作為民族文化的靈魂、民族文化的精華,是一個(gè)民族生存不可缺少的精神。黨的十八大報(bào)告對(duì)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀作出了明確規(guī)定,即倡導(dǎo)富強(qiáng)、民主、文明、和諧,倡導(dǎo)自由、平等、公正、法治,倡導(dǎo)愛國(guó)、敬業(yè)、誠(chéng)信、友善,積極培育和踐行社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀。社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀為實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)家富強(qiáng)提供精神動(dòng)力。對(duì)這一問題的探索和研究,對(duì)于引領(lǐng)社會(huì)思潮、凝聚社會(huì)共識(shí),提升國(guó)家文化軟實(shí)力和爭(zhēng)奪國(guó)際話語(yǔ)權(quán)具有重要意義。本文主要側(cè)重于對(duì)這一問題的國(guó)家層面的研究,對(duì)中共幾代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人關(guān)于國(guó)家層面社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的重要思想和基本精神進(jìn)行梳理,全面反映出國(guó)家層面社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的發(fā)展歷程。全文由四個(gè)部分構(gòu)成。第一部分主要是對(duì)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行梳理并從國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)兩個(gè)方面對(duì)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀提出的時(shí)代背景進(jìn)行分析,指出社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的提出是必要的,是應(yīng)對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)重大現(xiàn)實(shí)問題的最好的邏輯應(yīng)答。第二個(gè)部分主要對(duì)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的嬗變過程進(jìn)行分析,論述國(guó)家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人關(guān)于國(guó)家層面社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的具體思想,從社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的萌芽初生到“四位一體”的價(jià)值體系的初步凝練,再到“三個(gè)倡導(dǎo)”社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的形成及豐富發(fā)展,全面反映國(guó)家層面的社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的形成與發(fā)展過程。第三個(gè)部分主要對(duì)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的嬗變動(dòng)因進(jìn)行分析,從幾個(gè)方面概括社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀變化的主要原因：經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展的根本原因、增強(qiáng)黨執(zhí)政的合法性基礎(chǔ)的需要、西方的價(jià)值觀挑戰(zhàn)與沖突碰撞等外部原因。第四部分對(duì)中共對(duì)國(guó)家層面社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的嬗變過程進(jìn)行總結(jié),從而揭示其在不同發(fā)展階段既一脈相承有與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的發(fā)展規(guī)律,即堅(jiān)持世界性與民族性統(tǒng)一、堅(jiān)持實(shí)踐性與規(guī)律性統(tǒng)一、堅(jiān)持目標(biāo)性與現(xiàn)實(shí)性統(tǒng)一,為培育和構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀和中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示。
[Abstract]:As the soul of national culture and the essence of national culture, core values are the indispensable spirit of a nation's existence. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Party clearly stipulated the core values of socialism, that is, advocating prosperity, democracy, civilization, harmony, freedom, equality, justice, the rule of law, patriotism, professionalism, good faith, and friendliness. Actively cultivate and practice socialist core values. Socialist core values provide spiritual impetus for the realization of national prosperity and strength. The exploration and research on this issue is of great significance to lead the social trend of thought, to unite the social consensus, to promote the soft power of national culture and to fight for the right of international discourse. This paper mainly focuses on the research on the national level of this issue, combing the important thoughts and basic spirit of several generations of CPC leaders on the core values of socialism at the national level. Fully reflects the development of socialist core values at the national level. The full text consists of four parts. The first part is to comb the relevant concepts of socialist core values and analyze the background of socialist core values from the international and domestic aspects. It is necessary to put forward the socialist core values and is the best logical response to the major realistic problems in contemporary China. The second part mainly analyzes the evolution process of the socialist core values, and discusses the concrete thoughts of the state leaders on the socialist core values at the national level. From the germination of socialist core values to the initial condensation of the four-in-one value system, to the formation and rich development of the "three advocating" socialist core values, Fully reflect the formation and development of socialist core values at the national level. The third part mainly analyzes the causes of the evolution of socialist core values, and summarizes the main reasons for the change of socialist core values from several aspects: the fundamental causes of economic and social development. The need to strengthen the legitimacy of the Party's ruling, the western values challenge and conflict and other external reasons. The fourth part summarizes the evolution process of the socialist core values at the national level, thus revealing that the CPC has the development law of keeping pace with the times in different stages of development, that is, insisting on the unification of world and nationality. Sticking to the unity of practice and regularity, and the unity of goal and reality, provides experience and enlightenment for cultivating and constructing socialist core values and the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
