反應(yīng)溫度對鹵素刻蝕法制備碳化物衍生碳涂層的影響

【摘要】:近些年來,碳化物衍生碳以其獨(dú)特的性能被廣泛應(yīng)用在氣體存儲、超級電容器、催化劑載體和摩擦涂層等方面.鹵化法以成本低、制備工藝簡單等特點(diǎn)成為制備衍生碳涂層的熱點(diǎn).本文以SiC陶瓷基體為前驅(qū)體,通過高溫氯化處理工藝在SiC表面制備碳化物衍生碳涂層,并研究了反應(yīng)溫度與其摩擦學(xué)性能之間的關(guān)系.研究結(jié)果表明:在1 175℃下保溫2 h所制備的SiC-CDC涂層表面光滑平整、硬度最高、且與基體的結(jié)合強(qiáng)度最好.此時SiC-CDC涂層的干摩擦系數(shù)最小,耐磨性最強(qiáng),具有良好的摩擦學(xué)性能.氯氣刻蝕反應(yīng)制備SiC-CDC涂層可為工業(yè)上應(yīng)用衍生碳涂層提供理論和技術(shù)支持.
[Abstract]:In recent years, Carbide derived carbon has been widely used in gas storage, supercapacitors, catalyst carriers and friction coatings due to its unique properties. Halogenation has become a hot spot in the preparation of derived carbon coatings because of its low cost and simple preparation process.
