【摘要】：法治中國(guó)是對(duì)中國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期諸多現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題的法治回應(yīng)和理性分析。它不僅從理論上進(jìn)一步豐富了中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義法治體系的內(nèi)容構(gòu)成,更為法治的中國(guó)道路探索提供了前進(jìn)方向。黨在“五位一體”總體布局中的引領(lǐng)地位決定了黨內(nèi)法治建設(shè)的必然性和必要性。黨內(nèi)法治是法治中國(guó)建設(shè)的核心基礎(chǔ)與行動(dòng)指引。新時(shí)期推進(jìn)法治中國(guó)建設(shè)必須立足于黨內(nèi)法治建設(shè)的持續(xù)推進(jìn),不斷完善黨內(nèi)法治體系建設(shè),充分發(fā)揮政黨法治、社會(huì)法治與國(guó)家法治建設(shè)對(duì)黨內(nèi)法治建設(shè)的促進(jìn)作用,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)黨內(nèi)法治建設(shè)與社會(huì)法治、國(guó)家法治建設(shè)的協(xié)同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Rule of law China is the response and rational analysis of many practical problems in China's transition period. It not only enriches the content of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics in theory, but also provides the way forward for the exploration of the rule of law in China. The leading position of the Party in the overall layout of "five in one" determines the inevitability and necessity of the construction of the rule of law within the Party. The rule of law within the Party is the core foundation and action guide of the construction of ruling by law in China. In order to promote the construction of China under the rule of law in the new period, we must base ourselves on the continuous advancement of the construction of the rule of law within the Party, constantly improve the construction of the system of ruling by law within the party, give full play to the rule of law by political parties, and promote the construction of the rule of Finally, the harmonious development of the construction of the rule of law within the party and the rule of law in the society and the country.
